Jaman Dental Care provides general, cosmetic, and emergency dental treatments. While we strive for excellence, dental treatments involve biological factors; therefore, specific outcomes cannot be 100% guaranteed.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
• Arrival: Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to complete any necessary paperwork.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Patient Responsibilities

• Medical History: Patients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, including allergies, current medications, and pre-existing conditions.
• Follow-up Care: Patients are responsible for following post-treatment instructions provided by the dentist. Failure to do so may compromise the success of the treatment.

5. Fees and Payment

• Doctor Fees: Doctor fees 500 Tk. it is not refundable.
• Pricing: All fees for dental procedures will be discussed during the consultation. Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the case.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Mobile banking.
• Payment Timing: Payment is generally due at the time of service unless a prior financial arrangement has been made.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Conduct and Safety

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards verbal or physical abuse directed at our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the patient-provider relationship in such instances.
